Have you ever gone sledding in August? I have!

We stayed in a town called Kaprun. It’s a “gateway” to some high altitude skiing. I don’t know what that means but I kept looking for a magical door to go through where everyone would be wearing puffy jackets and I never found it. I think that maybe there weren’t so many puffy jackets because it was August. But anyway, there’s a glacier there where you can sled ... in August! It was so cool (or I guess I should say it was so cold!)! It was funny because there were people there who had never seen snow before, so they were super bundled up. And then there was Mom. Who got a sunburn on her shoulders.

The view from the top of the mountain was AMAZING.
